Sunday’s clash between Liverpool and Manchester City doesn’t need any hyping up.For the second season in a row, it looks as though the two sides will go head-to-head for Premier League glory. They are currently separated by six points and the outcome of next weekend’s game could have a major implication on where the trophy will end up come May.As we say, the match doesn’t need hyping up but Pep Guardiola stoked the fire on Saturday when he bizarrely accused Sadio Mane of being a diver."It has happened many times, what Liverpool have done, in the last few years, it's because (Mane) is a special talent," Guardiola told BBC Sport after hearing Liverpool had beaten Aston Villa late on.

"Sometimes he's diving, sometimes he has this talent to score incredible goals in the last minute. He's a talent."

And it’s fair to say Pep’s comments haven’t gone down too well with Jurgen Klopp.

The Liverpool boss has now hit back at his rival, mentioning City’s ‘tactical fouls’ - something that they’ve been accused of committing all too regularly.

“I couldn’t really believe it to be honest and then I saw it," Klopp said of Guardiola's Mane comment.

"I am not sure if Pep spoke in that moment about Sadio or the team – both is not too nice to be honest,” he added. “I am not too sure if I want to put oil on the fire.

I am not interested in these kind of things. And I promise not to mention tactical fouls.

Shots. Fired.

Maybe the clash on the pitch won’t be the most interesting battle on Sunday. Perhaps we need ‘manager cam’ to keep an eye on the antics on the touchline.
