A lot can happen in 90 minutes and the Premier League is living proof of that.

Over 28 remarkable seasons, the world's most competitive league has produced so many memorable moments that virtually every minute of the 90 has been graced by one.

And that's something that HITC Sport have been assessing on YouTube this week and two days ago, we documented their list for the most famous moments across the first 45 minutes.

Now it's the turn of the second half and 'The Irish Guy' has gone through pain-staking research to spot the Premier League's most iconic episodes from the 46th minute to stoppage time.

Some of the competition's greatest ever moments have come after the break and this second list features everything from karate kicks, knock out blows, pitch invasions and more.

You can check out the full video down below and then an exhaustive breakdown of the list from Steven Gerrard madness all the way to Michael Owen delirium.

46th minute: Steven Gerrard's 38-second red card (2014-15)

It doesn't get much more embarrassing than this. Gerrard's final ever game against United saw him sent off at Anfield for stamping on Ander Herrera after less than 40 seconds.

47th minute: Fernando Torres makes Liverpool history (2007-08)

By scoring a winner against Reading at Anfield, 'El Nino' became the first Liverpool striker since Robbie Fowler to score 20 league goals in a season.

48th minute: Eric Cantona's karate kick (1994-95)

For those wondering, it turns out a nine-month ban is the punishment for kicking a Crystal Palace fan in the stands.

49th minute: Robin van Persie's volley vs Charlton (2006-07)

Van Persie would go on to score incredible volleys against Everton and Aston Villa in years to come, but it never got any better than this rip-roarer at the Valley.

50th minute: Sunderland mock Newcastle's relegation (2015-16)

Apparently 'Auf Wiedersehen Prem Tyne To Go' fluttering from the back of a plane over St. James' Park is as iconic as the 50th minute of Premier League games has ever gotten.

51st minute: Pedro Mendes knocked out cold (2006-07)

This featured on our list of the worst Premier League injuries for a reason. This flying elbow was practically assault from Ben Thatcher.

52nd minute: Charlie Adam shocks Moyes' Man Utd (2013-14)

Stoke away was always tough five years ago and another Adam classic was all the Potters needed to stop a United team feeling the post-Sir Alex Ferguson blues.

53rd minute: Marc Albrighton scores 20,000th goal (2011-12)

Never has a consolation strike in a 2-1 home defeat to Arsenal tasted so good.

54th minute: Joey Barton's red card vs Man City (2011-12)

Barton was slapped with a 12-game ban for taking his aggression out on Carlos Tevez and Sergio Aguero in a match that might just make another appearance on this list...

55th minute: Sylvain Wiltord wins the title at Old Trafford (2001/02)

It doesn't get much sweeter than winning the league at the home of your rivals and Wiltord's goal, as well as the celebration, is iconic as it comes.

56th minute: Abou Diaby knocks out John Terry (2006/07)

Well, this is awkward. Who's going to break the news that this happened in the League Cup?

57th minute: Blackpool nearly escape relegation (2010/11)

Few Premier League minnows have been more loved than Blackpool and although they were ultimately relegated, who can forget Gary Taylor-Fletcher putting them 2-1 up at Old Trafford?

58th minute: West Brom's actual great escape (2004/05)

From a failed escape to a successful one. This was the minute that Geoff Horsfield set Albion on course for a miraculous 2-0 win over Portsmouth.

59th minute: Michael Chopra becomes a super-sub (2005/06)

Something of a reach, but Chopra elevated his career to new heights by equalising in the Tyne-Wear derby just 15 seconds after coming off the bench.

60th minute: Hossam Ghaly's angry substitution (2006/07)

After throwing his Tottenham shirt to the floor in frustration, somebody should probably give him Granit Xhaka's phone number.

61st minute: Phil Jagielka goes in goal vs Arsenal (2006/07)

Kyle Walker might have kept a clean sheet against Atalanta this week, but his performance had nothing on Jagielka's half an hour between the sticks at home to the Gunners.

62nd minute: Geovanni's worldie at the Emirates (2008/09)

Geovanni always had an eye for a stunner and this is another moment Arsenal fans will want to forget.

63rd minute: Paul Robinson scores vs Watford (2006/07)

Astonishingly, Tim Howard also scored in his very same minute, but HITC have gone for Robinson in the battle of the goalkeepers after he lobbed Ben Foster from fully 70 yards.

64th minute: Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's Burnley winner (2019/20)

Erm, yeh. Turns out the 64th minute is something of a dry spot for the Premier League.

65th minute: Jonas Gutierrez's emotional substitution (2014/15)

The best possible interpretation of 'iconic.' St. James' Park all stood as one when Gutierrez came on against Manchester United for his first game in 17 months after overcoming cancer.

66th minute: Patrick Vieira completes 'Invincible' season (2003/04)

Arsenal's 'Invincible' streak hung in the balance during the final game of the season, but Vieira settled the Highbury nerves by killing off Leicester with 24 minutes to go.

67th minute: West Ham fans invade the pitch (2017/18)

Some of the most shambolic scenes to grace the Premier League as a minority of Hammers fans took to the London Stadium pitch.

68th minute: Lee Carsley's Merseyside derby winner (2004/05)

Considering Everton's dire record against Liverpool since the turn of the century, this winning strike remains a huge moment for the Toffees.

69th minute: Chris Smalling completes derby comeback (2017-18)

It seems unfathomable that United would ever win 3-2 at the Etihad Stadium less than two years on from when it actually happened.

70th minute: Vincent Kompany's belter vs Leicester (2018/19)

Somebody give the nearest Liverpool fan a tissue.

71st minute: Alan Pardew head-butts David Meyler (2013-14)

How on earth did this ever come to pass? Pardew rightfully picked up a seven-game ban for a moment of madness while his Newcastle side won at Hull.

72nd minute: Robert Pires' botched penalty (2005-06)

Some say Pires is still trying, and failing, to kick that spot kick.

73rd minute: Ruud van Nistelrooy downs 'Invincibles' (2004-05)

In one of those moments of sporting poetry, Van Nistelrooy ended Arsenal's 49-game unbeaten run with the very action that helped to inspire it: a penalty at Old Trafford.

74th minute: Luis Suarez bites Branislav Ivanovic (2012-13)

Suarez was left twiddling his thumbs on the sidelines for seven games after taking a chunk out of Ivanovic's arm in front of the Kop.

75th minute: Kieran Richardson's derby winner (2008-09)

There's been some belting Tyne-Wear derby moments in the second half of Premier League games and Richardson's free-kick screamer is right up there with the best.

76th minute: Peter Enckelman concedes throw-in (2002-03)

Enckelman will forever be included in compilations of the Premier League's most embarrassing moments for this iconic cock-up in the Birmingham derby.

77th minute: Thierry Henry completes Liverpool hat-trick (2003-04)

Arguably the greatest ever performance from the Premier League's greatest ever player.

78th minute: Wayne Rooney's bicycle kick vs Man City (2010/11)

And straight from one iconic moment to another, Rooney's unforgettable volley in the Manchester derby still 'defies description' almost nine years later.

79th minute: Andre Gomes' awful ankle injury (2019/20)

The most recent moment on this list and considering the harrowing scenes at Goodison Park, you can understand why it will live long in the memory. Get well soon, Andre.

80th minute: THAT Emmanuel Adebayor celebration (2009/10)

Most players refrain from celebrating against their own clubs, but Adebayor raised two fingers to the Arsenal faithful by running the length of the pitch to taunt the away end

81st minute: Kieron Dyer and Lee Bowyer's fight (2004-05)

Seeing both players from the same team have a scrap and get sent off remains both iconic and, well, hilarious.

82nd minute: Jimmy Bullard's celebration vs Man City (2009/10)

One year on from an equally iconic Phil Brown team talk, Bullard poked fun at the episode by recreating it after scoring a penalty.

83rd minute: Eden Hazard gives Leicester the title (2015-16)

The 5,000-1 fairytale was completed when Hazard whipped a delightful strike into the top corner to round off a comeback against Tottenham.

84th minute: Fernando Torres finally scores for Chelsea (2010/11)

On a rainy night at Stamford Bridge, the drought was finally ended for a £50 million player who had waited months to break his duck.

85th minute: Frank Lampard scores against Chelsea (2014/15)

There was something infinitely confusing about seeing Lampard even playing against Chelsea, never mind scoring.

86th minute: Riyad Mahrez bottles Anfield penalty (2018/19)

Last year's title race could have been an absolute formality for City if it wasn't for Mahrez's penalty that went hurtling over the bar.

87th minute: Cheick Tiote completes 4-4 comeback (2010/11)

The late Tiote only ever scored one goal for Newcastle, but it came in the greatest comeback the Premier League has ever seen.

88th minute: Dwight Gayle finishes off 'Crystanbul' (2013/14)

Gayle's goal rounded off a 3-3 draw that looked impossible when Liverpool raced into a 3-0 lead, rubbing salt in the wounds for the Reds' doomed title charge.

89th minute: Pedro Mendes' goal that never was (2004/05)

Roy Carroll must thank his lucky stars whenever he goes to bed after this famous 'ghost goal.'

90th minute: Rio Ferdinand's winner vs Liverpool (2005/06)

Ah yes, the winning goal that inspired Gary Neville to give Liverpool fans a celebration so passionate that he was fined for it.

91st minute: Stan Collymore ends the GOAT of games (1995-96)

If you're unfamiliar with this Premier League classic, do yourself a favour and watch the highlights on YouTube which culminate in Collymore's winner.

92nd minute: Diomansy Kamara saves Fulham (2007-08)

Another one of the great escapes and Kamara's last-gasp goal at Manchester City was absolutely instrumental in its inception.

93rd minute: Federico Macheda's goal vs Aston Villa (2008-09)

Things never really worked out for Macheda at Old Trafford, but this unlikeliest of winners is worthy of a place for Martin Tyler's commentary if nothing else.

94th minute: Sergio Agueros wins the league for Man City (2011/12)

Watch it. Drink it in.

95th minute: James Milner's penalty vs Leicester (2019/20)

Only time will tell just how important Milner's show of nerves from the penalty spot will prove in this year's Premier League title race.

96th minute: Michael Owen's Manchester derby winner (2009/10)

Owen's move to Old Trafford was certainly bizarre, but the ex-Liverpool striker will always have a place in the hearts of United fans after THAT 4-3 winner against Manchester City.
