Eden Hazard has found life in Madrid tough since making the €100 million move from Chelsea this summer.

The Belgian has struggled with injury which has hindered his performances on the pitch.

He has even been accused of being overweight by some, including Arsene Wenger.

But he had his best game in a white shirt so far against Eibar on Saturday afternoon.

Real Madrid won 4-0 thanks to goals from Karim Benzema (2), Sergio Ramos and Federico Valverde.

Hazard didn't get on the scoresheet but he was arguably the best player on the park.

After 20 minutes, he won a penalty after being fouled in the box by Pablo De Blasis.

His confidence was visible to see and he showed exactly why Real Madrid paid so much money for him four minutes later.

In the 24th minute, Zinedine Zidane's side put together a magic passage of play which Hazard played a big role in.

The 28-year-old produced a back-heel nutmeg on the half-way line, beat two players and then produced a Rabona cross.

Unfortunately his Rabona was cut out by an Eibar player, denying what would have been one of the assists of the year.

But it was still brilliant from Hazard and you can watch it below:

And watch below for a close up version of the Rabona...

Hazard had only recorded one goal and two assists in his opening 10 La Liga games prior to today.

But he showed against Eibar that much more is yet to come.

With Real Madrid cruising, Zidane decided to give Hazard a rest and take him off in the 72nd minute.

And he expressed his pleasure with Hazard's display after the game.

"He was impressive in the first half," Zidane said, per Marca.

"We're happy because he's going to be a very important player for Real Madrid, I'm sure."
