Unbeaten in 46 Premier League games at home, it’s safe to say, Anfield has become a fortress once again.

Memories have to be cast back to April 2017 to recall the last time Liverpool tasted defeat on home turf, losing 2-1 at the hands of Crystal Palace.

That’s an incredibly long time.

Goals have flown in left, right and centre over the past year with a strike force of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino at the heart.

And most of those goals have been captured brilliantly by a behind-the-goal camera which has been installed at both nets.

The cameras have had their fair share of action and a handful of shots have been doing the rounds which show the reaction of goalkeepers straight after the ball crosses the line.

And it’s fair to say, they are hilarious.

Marc-Andre ter Stegen was one of the victims caught on camera during Barcelona’s disastrous 4-0 defeat in Merseyside.

The list extends to Tottenhams’ Hugo Lloris, Chelsea’s Kepa Arrizabalaga and Manchester City’s Claudio Bravo too.

Take a look for yourself.

Whoever came up with the idea deserves a raise, that’s for sure.

Liverpool are in high spirits at the moment after beating Manchester City 3-1 at Anfield on Sunday to maintain their unbeaten run for the season.

Sitting eight points clear at the top of the table going into the international break, the Reds will be aiming to win England’s top tier for the first time since 1990 come the end of the campaign.

Jurgen Klopp’s men also find themselves top of Group E as they look to defend the Champions League title they won back in May.
