Liverpool defender target Simon Kjaer could make a Premier League move in the future, according to his agent.
The Danish centre back has been linked with a number of clubs in England after a string of fine performances for club and country, with Liverpool boss Kenny Dalglish one of those interested in the signing.
21-year-old Kjaer joined Wolfsburg in the summer from Palermo, and the transition into the Bundesliga has been seemless.
Agent Mikkel Beck has revealed that there has been no concrete interest from Liverpool or any other English club, but a move could be in the pipeline in the future.
"No English club has contacted me in January, but England is a country where every player wants to play one day," Beck told calciomercato.com.
"Last summer there were many rumours of a move to Premier League."
Dalglish is thought to be keen on strengthening his Liverpool squad heavily in the summer, with defender additions thought to be high on the agenda at Anfield.
New owners NESV proved that they were willing to back the manager on Merseyside with big spending in January, and Liverpool appear set to move again in the summer.
Kjaer is valued in the region of €12 million, which should not be an issue for Liverpool should they wish to sign the player.
