The third and final quarter of 2019 really is Tyson Fury's quarter.

October started with a surprise appearance on WWE SmackDown, which led to his first ever wrestling match which took place in Saudi Arabia, against a fellow behemoth by the name of Braun Strowman.

After being victorious in the world of sports entertainment, Fury declared that he wanted to enter the world of MMA, and trained with top middleweight Darren Till last week.

Add to the the release of his autobiography, a full book signing tour and a Christmas single being released with Robbie Williams, Fury is on top of the world right now.

The first couple of months of 2020 will be eventful for him too, with February 22 the date pencilled in for his big rematch with Deontay Wilder.

But another pair of fighters have caught his attention - and they're from the world of the UFC.

No sooner after saying he would take on top heavyweight Francis Ngannou inside the Octagon when he's done with boxing, the heavyweight champion of UFC has now offered him a challenge.

“Tyson Fury is coming in the mix now, I hear,” Stipe Miocic told Ariel Helwani on his MMA Show, per talkSPORT.

“I’d love to box him. He’s a great fighter. He’s a good dude, and I think we’d put on a good show.

“With DC, I didn’t fluke knock him out, I beat him. I decisively beat him. The first fight DC caught me with a punch in the first round.

"But [the] second fight I won. I didn’t get lucky. Right now, [a Cormier fight] doesn’t really intrigue me. More with the Tyson Fury, I like that.”

Fury has responded to Miocic's 'challenge', and he's keen to meet Stipe in the boxing ring in 2020.

“Stipe says he wants to box me, that would be a good fight for sure," said Fury to MTK Global.

After I get Wilder out of the way I’ll fight Stipe in a boxing match if he wants it. It would be a big crossover fight like Mayweather and McGregor.

“I’m open to that fight so he should come and see me. It would be the same outcome for any of them, they’ll all get smashed."

With the way the exchanges are going, there's a real chance that Fury could face both Miocic and Ngannou in 2020 but in different sports.

We wonder what Dana White has to say about all this...
