WWE teased future WWE vs MMA Four Horsewomen match on Raw

WWE began to lay the foundations for a WWE vs MMA Four Horsewomen match this week on the Raw go-home show before Survivor Series.

On this week's Raw, Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair defeated The IIconics in a tag team match to continue their build towards a Women's Tag Team Championship match.

However, both Lynch and Flair will have matches at Survivor Series this weekend before they challenge for the Women's Tag Team titles, and three women of NXT made sure they remembered that.

More specifically, three of the Four Horsewomen of MMA, Shayna Baszler, Marina Shafir, and Jessamyn Duke, made sure The Man and The Queen didn't forget about Survivor Series this Sunday.

After Lynch and Flair beat The IIconics and left the ring, Baszler, Shafir, and Duke jumped in from the crowd to beat up the former Women's Tag Team Champions some more, causing Lynch and Flair to come rushing back to the ring.

The Raw Women's Champion and The Queen were initially beat down by the trio, but they managed to recover themselves, causing the NXT women to retreat through the crowd and behind security.

While this segment was done to further the matches for Lynch, Flair, and Baszler at Survivor Series (and most likely Shafir and Duke too once NXT confirms their women's team), it was also an indication of what's to come in the highly anticipated Four Horsewomen feud.

The Raw Women's Champion will battle fellow WWE Four Horsewomen member and SmackDown Women's Champion Bayley, as well as NXT Women's Champion Baszler at Survivor Series this Sunday in a Brand Supremacy Triple Threat match.

Also, Flair will captain Team Raw's women's team in the 5-on-5-on-5 Women's Survivor Series elimination match vs fellow WWE Four Horsewomen member and Team SmackDown's captain Sasha Banks, as well as Team NXT which will likely include Shafir and Duke.

If WWE is going to go down the Four Horsewomen storyline path, there's a good chance the final member of Four Horsewomen of MMA, Ronda Rousey, will make her return to WWE soon as well.

Rousey hasn't been seen in WWE since WrestleMania, so if there's a chance she's back this weekend, it's all the more reason to tune in to Survivor Series.
