Buckle up, Tottenham fans. Things are about to get wild.

Jose Mourinho’s appointment as Mauricio Pochettino’s successor, announced on Wednesday morning, means the circus is heading to north London.

The Portuguese coach provides drama wherever he goes and that’s unlikely to be any different at Tottenham.

Because, let’s face it, that’s all he knows.

GIVEMESPORT have predicted nine things that will happen during Mourinho’s reign and Football Manager has also provided a glimpse into the future.

YouTuber WorkTheSpace has simulated the 56-year-old’s spell at Spurs and the shared the results.

And they’re fascinating.

Mourinho lasts four seasons before he’s sacked and the highest Spurs finish in the Premier League is third.

Here’s his spell in its entirety.

He’s replaced by Lionel Scaloni, with chairman Daniel Levy going back to an Argentine.

In total, Mourinho spends £296 million on new players.

And all that he has to show for it is one EFL Cup.
