Jose Mourinho is back in management as Tottenham Hotspur announced his arrival on Wednesday morning.

The Portuguese manager has been without a club since December but will no doubt be raring to go as he takes charge of his third Premier League club.

“I am excited to be joining a club with such a great heritage and such passionate supporters," he told the club's official website.

"The quality in both the squad and the academy excites me. Working with these players is what has attracted me."

Mourinho's attention will have already turned to his first game as Spurs boss: against West Ham on Saturday.

The two London clubs meet on Saturday afternoon in what is a big game for both sides.

West Ham will want to address a seven-game winless run, while Mourinho will want to get his tenure off to a good start and get Spurs out of the bottom half.

Ahead of the game, West Ham have created a very brave video about Mourinho.

The video shows Mourinho talking down on West Ham, while also showing them beating his previous Chelsea and Man United teams.

It was available to watch for over an hour but has now been deleted after backlash.

Very brave indeed. West Ham were called out by football fans, including their own, following the video.

"This is s**thousery to the max," @ShameIessFC wrote. "This will bang when you lose btw."

@Vintage_Utd wrote: "I’ll put good money on this coming back to bite you on the arse at around 2:30pm Saturday afternoon."

@AnthonyHufton said in reaction to the video: "Good God. This is absolutely the worst thing you could’ve posted. Does anyone know how to do their job."

"This will bang when you lot get d**ked 3-0," @Maneesh1G responded.

While @jrd_1999 simply put: "I think the admin has forgotten that we’re x100 worse than spurs are."

West Ham's admin may well regret their tweet when the final whistle is blown at the Olympic Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
