Liverpool grabbed yet another late victory against Crystal Palace on Saturday to maintain their eight-point lead at the top of the Premier League.

For the seventh game this season, Jurgen Klopp’s side won by a solitary goal as they made it 12 wins from their 13 matches.

It looked for all the world that the Reds would drop two points after Wilfried Zaha’s 82nd-minute equaliser.

But Liverpool went straight up the other end and, three minutes later, Roberto Firmino scored a winner following a goalmouth scramble.

The travelling Kop went crazy as they realised they would be keeping the chasing pack at arm's length.

But they didn’t go crazy enough for one Crystal Palace fan.

A Palace fan on Twitter has called out Liverpool fans for being ‘overrated’ and making very little noise at Selhurst Park on Saturday afternoon.

And his tweet calling them out is going viral.

He claims that the away supporters were incredibly disappointing and listed how they reacted at different times during the match.

Take a look:

And it was something that many fans seemed to agree with.

Liverpool are renowned for having a fantastic atmosphere - especially at Anfield on a big Champions League night.

While that can’t really be argued, it seems for many Premier League matches, the fans aren’t quite as loud as expected.

Perhaps it’s the nerves.

The club are edging towards their first ever Premier League title and they certainly aren’t doing it the easy way.

They’ve needed late wins to beat Leicester, Aston Villa and now Palace in recent weeks and it seems even their fans are already getting a bit anxious.
