Jose Mourinho took charge of a Tottenham home match for the first time on Tuesday evening.

The Portuguese coach, who replaced Mauricio Pochettino as Spurs boss last week before guiding the north London outfit to a 3-2 win away at West Ham days later, saw his team get off to the worst possible start against Olympiacos.

Youssef El-Arabi put the visitors 1-0 up in the sixth minute before Ruben Semedo doubled their advantage midway through the first half.

Mourinho reacted by making a tactical substitution after just 29 minutes.

Eric Dier was the man to make way as Mourinho sent on Christian Eriksen.

Spurs pulled a precious goal back before half-time courtesy of Dele Alli, before Harry Kane (who else?) levelled the scores five minutes after half-time.

Lucas Moura set up the equaliser - but maybe the assist should go to one particularly quick-thinking ball boy.

The lad in question quickly gave the ball to Serge Aurier, who threw the ball to Moura, who then squared for Kane to tap home.

Mourinho reacted by giving the ball boy in question a high five and a hug. Lovely stuff.

And things got even better for Mourinho and his players when the aforementioned Aurier popped up with the winning goal 15 minutes before the final whistle.

The much-maligned full-back slammed home Tottenham’s third goal with a brilliant half-volley.

And Kane then wrapped up the three points with his second goal of the night.

The England international became the fastest player in Champions League history to reach the 20-goal mark in the process, reaching the milestone in just 24 games.

A week into his spell at Tottenham and it’s safe to say Mourinho is already making quite the impact.
