Robert Lewandowski is a special, special player.

The Polish striker continued his scintillating form this season with FOUR goals as Bayern Munich dismantled Red Star 6-0 on Tuesday night.

And it took him just 14 minutes and 31 seconds to score his goals. In the process he recorded the fastest quadruple in Champions League history.

Lewandowski notched his first, from the penalty spot, in the 53rd minute.

His second came seven minutes later on the hour-mark.

Philippe Coutinho's cross was met by Christian Tolisso and Lewandowski was on hand to poke home from close range.

Three minutes later, Lewandowski completed his hat-trick.

Benjamin Pavard sent in a cross from the right-hand side and Lewandowski managed to head home from close range.

And he scored his fourth just four minutes later to put his name in the record books.

Lewnadowski latched on to a through ball from Ivan Perisic and easily finished past Milan Borjan for the fourth time.

It could have been even better for the 31-year-old.

He had a goal disallowed in the first half and he also missed a penalty.

The striker was also substituted 13 minutes from time with Bayern cruising to an easy win.

But he will still be happy as his four goals helped Bayern to three points.

As for Lewandowski has now scored 32 times for club and country this season and we are only in November. That is scary.

There is absolutely no doubt that the Pole is the best striker in the world.

Lewandowski took to Twitter shortly after the win, writing: "I have to confess....I am addicted to scoring goals".

Tell us something we don't know, Robert...

With that win, Bayern have secured top spot in Group B and could make it six wins from six when they play Tottenham in their last group game next month.

No one will want to play Bayern and Lewandowski in the last 16.
