It’s fair to say the ‘Wales. Golf. Madrid. In that order’ flag that Gareth Bale was seen celebrating with after Wales’ Euro 2020 qualification has caused a stir in Spain.Bale must have known himself that the Madrid media would jump on it immediately - and they didn’t disappoint.Marca ran a front page that read: 'Disrespectful. Wrong. Ungrateful. In that order. And the Real fans weren’t too impressed either.Bale was booed and whistled when he went to warm-up upon his return to club football against Real Sociedad. And he received a very hostile reception by the whole stadium when he came on as a substitute.

But you get the impression that Bale is past caring.

He was seen laughing as he was abused during his warm-up against Sociedad.

And now, footage has emerged of Bale in training.

The Welshman was seen walking around in training practising his swing as he chuckled to himself.

He’s literally trolling the biggest club in the world, isn’t he?

Surely he’ll be leaving the club at the next opportunity - during next month’s transfer window.

However, while his agent Jonathan Barnett has admitted that Bale isn’t “ecstatic” at Los Blancos, there’s no guarantee that he will leave.

"He's not ecstatic,” said Barnett.

"He has never asked to leave. He has a contract with Real Madrid and as long as they want him, there's not much anyone can do about it.

"There's no guarantee he is leaving. If the right opportunity came along for him and it's something he wants to do we have to have a chat with the president of Real Madrid and see where we are."
