Anthony Joshua reclaimed his lost glory on Saturday night in Saudi Arabia as he defeated Andy Ruiz Jr via a unanimous points decision.

The fight went the full 12 rounds, but it was AJ who was miles ahead on all three of the judges' scorecards, which was highlighted in the end result.

Ruiz Jr simply couldn't get near the Brit, and for 36 minutes, it was a pure boxing masterclass from the challenger.

December 7, 2019 will comfortably go down as a massive date in British boxing history, but it will also go down as one of Joshua's most important wins, however, he didn't rank it as his number one victory.

After the fight, Joshua claimed the win over Wladimir Klitschko still remains more important to him, and he still ranks it as his number one fight.

So, with that in mind, we thought we would rank the top 10 wins of AJ's career so far.

10) Matt Legg - May 31, 2014

Straight off the bat a win against Matt Legg, who a lot of people may not even know, doesn't sound that great. But that's why it's number 10 on our list.

The reason it's made the list? Well it was Anthony Joshua's debut at Wembley Stadium. A massive moment for the British boxer and one that didn't get the better of him.

He got the job done inside the first round, and that was just a taste of what things would be like for him inside the biggest stadium in England.

9) Carlos Takam - October 28, 2017

Fast forward three years and AJ was making his debut inside another massive stadium in the UK, and this time it was the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales.

Carlos Takam was the opponent, and although AJ was expected to fight Kubrat Pulev up until he withdrew from an injury, Joshua got the job done on a game Frenchman.

The 10th-round stoppage was deemed controversial, but it was a big win for Joshua and a big performance as well.

8) Dominic Breazeale - June 25, 2016

The first fight where you felt you saw a raw and gritty Anthony Joshua in the build-up.

It was very clear AJ simply did not like Dominic Breazeale, and although he had beef with other opponents, none more so than Dillian Whyte, which we'll get to later, it was visibly very clear that Joshua didn't care for the American.

The build up to the fight because of that was gripping, and the fight itself was convincing from Joshua. Another stoppage, but this time in the seventh.

7) Emanuele Leo - October 5, 2013

Much like Matt Legg, a lot of people will probably see the name 'Emanuele Leo' and wonder who the hell he is.

Well this fight makes seventh on the list because it was Joshua's pro debut way back in 2013.

Start as you mean to go on, he picked up the win inside the first round.

Nevertheless, a pro debut is a special occasion no matter what the result or how it ends.

6) Alexander Povetkin - September 22, 2018

A very tough fight inside Wembley Stadium, but one Joshua got through, despite being wobbled and tested throughout by a very game and experienced Russian.

The stoppage from Joshua in the seventh was brutal, and it was the first time Povetkin had tasted the canvas.

After this evening in London, it felt like AJ was the real deal and the big bossman in the heavyweight division.

5) Dillian Whyte - December 12, 2015

Not many of Anthony Joshua's fights have led to fans asking for a rematch, but given how much Dillian Whyte has developed as a boxer since their bout four years ago, this would be an epic if they were to share the ring again.

As mentioned earlier, this fight was spicy due to the build up. They clearly didn't like each other, and they both wanted to be the face of British boxing.

Whyte was the first man in the pros to wobble AJ, but it was the Watford-born man that got the job done, knocking Whyte out with a beautiful uppercut.

Joshua vs Whyte II would be A LOT better though we feel.

4) Charles Martin - April 9, 2016

The first taste of world heavyweight glory for Anthony Joshua.

The O2 Arena was the stage for AJ to face off with Charles Martin for the IBF heavyweight title, and he duly delivered with a sensational second-round knockout.

Raised the question of how on earth Martin was a champion in the first place, but it just proved how good Joshua truly is.

3) Joseph Parker - March 31, 2018

The WBO title was one of two heavyweight belts Joshua hadn't got his hands on, but that all changed in Cardiff in 2018.

Yes, the fight itself was pretty boring. Well, very boring in fact. Yes the referee did his best to ruin the fight, but nonetheless, Joshua did what he needed to do to retain his titles, and take Joseph Parker's in the process.

It was a huge win for Joshua and his career, and it took him one step closer to unifying the whole division.....we're still waiting for that by the way....

2) Andy Ruiz Jr - December 7, 2019

We could have easily made this number one on the list, but after the man himself said it was number two, who are we to judge?

Anthony Joshua simply had to win, and boy did he deliver.

No vicious knockout like we've seen before, but probably his best ever performance boxing-wise, especially in terms of tactics.

Ruiz Jr simply had no answer for the Brit and he was left getting frustrated and angered with the situation. Joshua was living in his head rent free, and winning back his titles in the process.

A truly stunning performance from the 30-year-old, and one that will go down in history.

1) Wladimir Klitschko - April 29, 2017

One of the biggest fights in the heavyweight division for some time, and it probably was THE biggest up until Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury did battle last year.

The man who dominated a division vs the man who was up-and-coming and ready to rule.

Wembley Stadium was packed and was rocking as Wladimir Klitschko took to the ring one last time.

The action throughout was unbelievable, and it culminated in two epic rounds midway through the fight.

Round 6 was AJ's time to win, but he didn't get it done and then round 7 gave the Ukrainian a chance to rule again.

He missed that golden chance, however, and eventually it was Joshua who got the stoppage in the 11th.

So there we have it. There's our top 10 Anthony Joshua wins in his professional carer so far.

He's had 24 fights, so we've sadly had to miss some out, but in terms of importance and in terms of performance, we feel these are his top 10.
