WWE announced on Monday that Batista and the nWo (Hulk Hogan, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, X-Pac) would be the first members of the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2020. Until announcements are made by WWE and the superstars being inducted, many fans will be wondering exactly who will be inducting the new Hall of Famers next year before WrestleMania.Batista doesn't want fans to wonder any longer, as he has revealed who he wants to induct him into the Hall of Fame in 2020.Many people have suggested Ric Flair, Triple H, Randy Orton should induct The Animal. Xavier Woods even suggested one of Batista's first allies in WWE D-Von Dudley. However, the man himself wants Fit Finlay to induct him into the Hall of Fame before WrestleMania 36 in 2020.

Batista said on Twitter: "I owe a lot to all those names mentioned and many more but for personal reasons I’ve personally requested that @ringfox1 induct me into the #WWEHOF ... I’m sure that anyone who knows Fit Finlay will not question my request."

Fit Finlay has played a huge part in many careers in WWE as an in-ring worker and as a producer, so it's not as surprising as some people might think to see Batista wanting Finlay to induct him.

The Animal commented on the announcement of his WWE Hall of Fame induction earlier in the day as well.

He said: "From my first @wwe appearance in 2002 to my last appearance in 2019 ... an amazing journey that’s led me to the Hall of Fame. Proud, privileged and honored to be inducted into the #WWEHOF class of 2020 🙏🏼 #DreamChaser"

Batista is a well-deserving WWE Hall of Famer, as he has one of the most decorated careers in WWE in the past 20 years and was one of the biggest superstars in the company during the 2000s.

The Animal is a six-time world champion, winning the World Heavyweight Championship four times and the WWE Championship twice. He holds the record for the longest reign as World Heavyweight Champion at 282 days.

Batista has also won the World Tag Team Championship three times (twice with Ric Flair and once with John Cena) and the WWE Tag Team Championship once (with Rey Mysterio). He also won the Royal Rumble twice (2005 and 2014).

Batista's career will be recognised when the Hall of Fame ceremony takes place on April 2, and hopefully, Fit Finlay is there to induct him in.
