Arsenal will interview up to 10 different managers as part of their search to replace Unai Emery.
The Spaniard was sacked last month after a disappointing start to the season which will leave the Gunners struggling to make the Premier League's top four.
But it's important for the club not to rush into finding Emery's replacement.
Freddie Ljungberg is currently in the dugout as interim manager and he's doing a decent job of steadying the ship.
It's unclear how long he will be in the role, but judging by the latest reports from the Mirror, it could be quite some time.

That's because Arsenal plan on interviewing as many as 10 candidates for the vacant manager position and at this moment in time have drawn up an eight-man shortlist.
The names in the frame include former captain Patrick Vieira, who is reportedly emerging as a serious contender despite enduring a difficult start to the Ligue 1 campaign with Nice.
Manchester City coach Mikel Arteta and Napoli boss Carlo Ancelotti are also high on the list, while ex-Valencia manager Marcelino has already been interviewed for the role.
Two huge names in Mauricio Pochettino and Max Allegri are also contenders, as is former Bayern Munich manager Niko Kovac.
Current Arsenal interim boss Freddie Ljungberg rounds off the shortlist.

It seems the north London club are putting a lot of thought into this decision, which can only be a good thing.
There are eight serious contenders in the frame right now and each one would give the club a good option.
The Gunners could choose someone like Vieira or Arteta to lead the club into a new era - but they would have to fully support both of those men, who are relatively unproven coaches at this level.
Ancelotti or Allegri would likely offer a 'quick fix' to Arsenal - that being short-term success and stability over the long-term picture.
It's unclear which option Arsenal will take, but with all these names linked, supporters will no doubt be excited about what the future holds.
