What a mystery Paul Pogba is.

Just about everything to do with Pogba is up for debate right now - how good is he? What's his best role? And most importantly, how long has he got left at Manchester United?

The Frenchman has been linked with a move away over the past year, with many believing it would happen in the summer.

But that window came and went with Pogba remaining at Old Trafford.

Although, you could easily forget that as he's only played six times this season and not at all since September.

He was first said to be injured, while now he's ill - but some fans doubt that.

There are reports that Real Madrid want the midfielder but there doesn't appear to have been actual contact over it.

But with United forced to move on without him - whether he's injured or not - you wouldn't rule out an exit in January.

And according to the Mirror, the United - as well as some teammates - hierarchy would go one further as they believe Pogba has played his last game for the club.

They're apparently 'convinced' that he'll leave in the winter window, despite Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's claims that he's back soon.

There is one stumbling block in their theory, however, and that's the price they're asking.

The Mirror say United wanted £150m for Pogba - an incredibly large fee that would be a Premier League record.

You've got to wonder how many clubs would be willing to pay that for a player who hasn't quite kicked on to become the star many believed he would.

But if someone would pay it, it does sound like United would sell. That only leaves one question then - how much is Pogba worth?
