Mauro Icardi is one of the finest strikers in world football.

After a tumultuous end to his career with Inter Milan last season, the Argentine has taken his goal scoring brilliance to the French capital with Paris Saint-Germain.

In 17 games in all competitions in 2019/20, Icardi has scored 13 goals, contributing one assist along the way as well.

And it seems Icardi's desperation to score goals and win games for PSG impacts his life at home.

Why you ask? Because he apparently refuses to have sex with his wife and agent, Wanda Nara.

The Argentine TV presenter was asked about current Inter manager Antonio Conte's recent comments on the fact that players should use minimal energy on sex before a game.

Nara replied to Italian magazine Repubblica delle donne: "I do not know what to say.

"He should try it before a match, but Mauro is very professional and does not do anything before a match.

"Only after and if the match went well. If it does not go well, he does not even want to look at me."

Talk about a winning mentality...

Nara was also asked to comment on her past relationship with Maxi Lopez, with Lopez accusing Nara of cheating on him with Icardi.

"I left Maxi Lopez and went back to Argentina," Nara said.

"That is when I started a thing with Mauro. I had three children and it was not easy returning to Argentina and starting over.

"Having found someone like Mauro, who is young, was very important to me. It was not only a choice for me, I chose him because he already loved my kids."
