Liverpool have won the Club World Cup after an extra-time victory against Flamengo in Qatar.
Roberto Firmino struck the only goal of the game against the Brazilian side who pushed Jurgen Klopp’s men all the way.
It was a pulsating 90 minutes but it looked as though we were heading for extra-time.
But in second-half injury-time, it looked for all the world as if Liverpool had been given a penalty.
Referee Abdulrahman Al-Jassim pointed to the penalty spot when Sadio Mane was brought down. However, after consulting with VAR - and looking at the VAR screen - he cancelled his decision and didn’t even give the Reds a free-kick.

If it was a foul, it was surely a red card but, instead, Flamengo were given the ball.
It saw the final go into extra-time.
Several Flamengo players had gone down with cramp towards the end of the 90 minutes and their fatigue was evident in the additional 30 minutes.
In fact, it took just nine minutes for Firmino to score the only goal of the game.
Jordan Henderson found Sadio Mane, who did superbly to tee up Firmino.
He took his time and finished brilliantly.

Liverpool saw out the second half of extra-time with great professionalism and restricted star man Gabriel Barbosa to living off scraps.
The tournament may not be held in quite the same esteem in Europe than it is elsewhere in the world but Liverpool will celebrate winning a trophy that makes them world champions - a trophy they've never won before.
At the same time Liverpool were playing in Qatar, their two main Premier League rivals were doing battle in Manchester.
City beat Leicester 3-1, meaning Klopp's side remained ten points clear and now have a game in hand to extend that to 13 points.
Their next Premier League fixture on Boxing Day will be a trip to play second-placed Leicester. They will go to the King Power Stadium as world champions.News Now - Sport News
