Inter Milan moved back above Juventus in the Serie A table with a resounding 4-0 victory over Genoa on Saturday.

And it was a great day for Romelu Lukaku in particular.

The Belgian footballer has been superb since joining the Italian giants for £75m this summer.

And he continued his superb start to the season with a brilliant performance against Genoa.

Lukaku broke the deadlock for his side in the 31st minute as he headed home Antonio Candreva's cross.

He added his second on the night, and Inter's fourth, with 20 minutes remaining.

The former Manchester United forward also made a goal-line clearance and assisted Roberto Gagliardini for his goal.

And he also played a huge role in Inter's third goal, too.

Lukaku, who had only scored once at the time, has the chance to double his tally when Inter were given a penalty.

The 26-year-old is Inter's designated penalty-taker but instead of taking it himself, Lukaku decided to pass away the opportunity to 17-year-old, Sebastiano Esposito.

Esposito was making his first Inter start and had not yet scored a goal in professional football.

But Lukaku gave him the opportunity to score his first Inter goal, and he took the opportunity as he smashed his effort past Edoardo Goldaniga.

Watch the penalty, as well as Lukaku's act of kindness, below:

Esposito dedicated the goal to his mother and also expressed his gratitude to Lukaku.

“I just saw my Mum in the stands and the goal is for her. I thank the club, all my teammates and friends,” he told Sky Sport Italia.

“I won’t deny, I didn’t sleep at all last night. I spent the whole night thinking about what would happen today and I could not have dreamed a more wonderful evening.

“I thank the coach again for giving me this opportunity and I hope to continue like this. All the sacrifices I made are now paying off.

"I am reaping the rewards of what I sowed growing up, training after school, those sandwiches I had to eat.

“I have a lot of work still to do, of course.

“Romelu is a fantastic person as well as being an extraordinary player. He told me, just go out there, make a decision and hit the ball.”

Lukaku is a classy footballer both on and off the football pitch.

Full credit to him for giving his teammate a moment he will never forget.
