How many players can say they’ve played for Barcelona in the Champions League and also Middlesbrough in the Championship?Probably just the one - Adama Traore. The 23-year-old has already had quite a bizarre career to date.He spent ten years at Barcelona’s youth set-up and played one La Liga game and one Champions League game for the first-team.He was ultimately deemed not good enough by Barca and unsuccessful spells at Aston Villa and Middlesbrough followed - both of which were relegated with Traore in their squad.

So when Wolves spent £18 million on the Spaniard in the summer of 2018 many fans were left scratching their heads.

But recently, Traore transformed his game and is now one of the most exciting wingers in the Premier League.

He’s established himself as a regular starter and has helped Wolves reach the knockout stages of the Europa League and threaten the Champions League qualification spots in the Premier League.

But it’s not just his game that he’s transformed. He’s also transformed his physique.

During his Barca days, Traore was a skinny, lanky winger.

Now, he’s built like a brick sh*thouse.

Just look at the difference.

Ok, Traore may only have been 16 when that Barcelona picture was taken but, still, he looks like a completely different person these days.

Traore has all the attributes to be an incredible footballer. He’s one of the fastest players in world football and, as you can clearly see, is probably one of the strongest too.

In years gone by, he’d terrorise a full-back only to blaze his shot or miscue his cross into the stands.

Now, though, he’s not only got the pace and skill to beat anyone in the league, he’s finally found an end product.

At just 23-years-old, Traore still has time to develop into an even better player.

He’s got time to get a few more muscles, too!
