Zlatan Ibrahimovic may be 38-years-old but there’s a whole host of clubs wanting to snap him up on a free transfer. It’s probably not too surprising considering his goalscoring record in the MLS.In two seasons with LA Galaxy, the Swede scored 53 goals in 58 appearances in all competitions. There’s very little doubt that Zlatan has still got it.But where is he heading?

Well, it seems a return to AC Milan is on the cards.

Ibrahimovic spent two seasons at Milan during the 2010/11 and 2011/12 seasons, scoring 56 goals.

And according to Gianluca di Marzio, he will return to the San Siro.

Di Marzio claims that either tonight or tomorrow, the club will disclose the full details and confirm the signing.

Earlier this month, Zlatan hinted at a move back to Milan by saying: “I will go to a club that has to win again, that has to renew its history, which is looking for a challenge against everyone. See you soon in Italy.”

Milan are currently eleventh in Serie A this season and have already lost eight times in the league.

Since the 2013/14 campaign, the Rossoneri has finished eight, tenth, seventh, sixth, sixth and fifth.

Will Zlatan instantly transform them into title contenders again? No.

Will he give the whole club a massive lift for the rest of the season? Definitely.
