Trent Alexander-Arnold is the world's best full-back - there's absolutely no debating that after his performance for Liverpool last night. The 21-year-old single-handedly destroyed Leicester City - who have been the Reds' closest title rivals this season. But after a 4-0 win and three more points, Jurgen Klopp's side are now 13 points clear at the top, with a game in hand. And they have Alexander-Arnold to thank for their latest big victory. He was absolutely superb at the King Power Stadium, providing two assists - technically three if you count the penalty he won - and scoring the fourth goal.

The right-back's crossing was just immense, as it always is, and he registered a solid 74% passing accuracy over the 90 minutes.

Alexander-Arnold's stunning goal, a low shot that cut across goal and into the bottom corner, capped quite brilliant performance.

Check out his individual highlights from the Leicester win below:

Absolutely brilliant. Liverpool have a world-beater on their hands

But remember, Alexander-Arnold a defender. So that clean sheet will also mean an awful lot. Every aspect of his game was phenomenal and earned him a Man of the Match award.

There was really no debating that decision.

Post-match, the youngster proved that he's got the right mentality too, refusing to get carried away with the victory.

"We played really good football, especially after the intense period we've had. It's probably our best [performance] of the season," Alexander-Arnold said on Amazon Prime.

"To get four goals at a place like this is something to be proud of.

"I don't get on the scoresheet often so it's good to get a goal. But the three points is what we came here for and we're made up to have them.

"You don't ever really think you're going to be 13 points clear but we're not going to take it for granted. We're halfway through the season.

"You see in the Premier League every week that anything can happen."

What a player, what a performance.
