Jordan Henderson has had quite a year. 

The Liverpool captain lifted three trophies in 2019 - the Champions League, Super Cup and Club World Cup. 

By winning the latter tournament in Qatar earlier this month, Jurgen Klopp's side are now officially world champions. 

Oh, and they're running away with the Premier League this season too. 

At the halfway point of this campaign, Liverpool are 13 points clear at the top with a game in hand. It seems almost inevitable that the club will end their 30-year wait for the title.  

And no one would deserve to lift the Premier League more than Henderson himself.

The Reds midfielder has been a constant in the top flight and over the course of this decade, no one has made more appearances than him. 

Henderson played 308 times between 2010 and 2020, starting the decade with Sunderland, before moving to Anfield in 2011. 

During that time, he's won 169 games, scored 25 goals and made 41 assists. The Englishman also became Liverpool's captain and has won four major trophies to date. 

Not bad at all.

Incredibly, it's his teammate James Milner who has made the second-most Premier League appearances in the last 10 years.  

The 33-year-old played 307 times for Aston Villa, Manchester City and Liverpool. 

Just behind those two is Watford goalkeeper Ben Foster, who has played 306 matches since 2010.

Manchester City's David Silva has played 297 times, while David de Gea rounds off the top five appearance makers on 295. 

Behind them, Kyle Walker has turned out 280 times for Tottenham and Man City since 2010 and West Ham's Mark Noble has 276 appearances.

Petr Cech and Ryan Shawcross round off the list with 274 and 272 appearances in this decade respectively. 

Henderson played the most Premier League matches over the last 10 years and at 29, he's got plenty of time left to add even more appearances to his impressive tally. 

He may also finally get his hands on the title come May, too.
