Wolves winger Adama Traore is putting it all together this season.

The 23-year-old’s talent has been obvious since his days at Barcelona but it’s taken him a few years to pair his physical gifts with an end product.

He’s doing that this season, though, with some electrifying displays for Nuno Espirito Santo’s side.

Traore has scored four goals and provided the same number of assists in the Premier League this season.

He’s also been a thorn in Manchester City’s side, scoring three goals in two matches against the reigning English champions.

It’s been impressive to see Traore’s rise from a scrawny winger deemed not good enough for Barcelona to a bulky winger putting fear into Premier League full-backs.

GiveMeSport recently wrote about Traore’s physical transformation and a video has now emerged from OnlyWolves on YouTube that shows how the winger developed into such a unit.

Traore’s workouts are ridiculously intense. He’s definitely putting in the work.

Traore has all the tools to be an excellent player.

He’s built like a tank and possesses blazing speed.

And now that his football mind has caught up with his physical attributes, we’re seeing why he once played for Barcelona.

Former Arsenal defender Martin Keown summed up his journey very well on Match of the Day in September.

“It’s a joy to see someone finally harness that incredible pace that he’s got,” Keown said.

“I’ve described him in the past as a learner driver at the wheel of a Ferrari, but now he’s passed his test and finally come good.”

The manner in which Traore dispossessed Benjamin Mendy before teeing up Raul Jimenez to score in Wolves’ 3-2 win against Man City last week highlighted not just his strength but also his work rate.

If he keeps it up, a big-money summer move wouldn’t be out of the question.
