If there's one thing Bubba Ray Dudley is extremely good at, it's booking wrestling in order to help wrestlers get over with the fans.On a recent episode of Busted Open Radio, Bubba Ray Dudley was discussing how exactly to get The Young Bucks more over with the fans in AEW.One idea he had was to kayfabe ‘break’ Matt and Nick Jackson's legs, adding they should sell it for six to eight weeks to help the team to get the required reaction from the fans.Bubba added that by taking the superkicks away, it will cause a huge reaction from the crowd once the legs are kayfabe 'healed up' and The Young Bucks are able to compete again. He backed up this storyline booking by recalling a time when he was in WWE where he pitched a similar idea to Vince McMahon during The Dudley Boyz' feud with The Rock.

Instead of his legs, Bubba wanted to take away The Rock's most powerful asset, his voice, The People's Voice.

He said: “A long time ago, I pitched an idea to Vince McMahon about me and D-Von crushing The Rock's throat. So, The Rock couldn't talk anymore.

"I wanted to take away The People's voice from The People. Obviously, it never happened, but Vince told me that he really liked the idea."

This idea would have benefited not only The Rock, but The Dudley Boyz as well, as it would have made them monster heels. It's a shame Vince McMahon never wanted to execute it.

Imagine a time during the Attitude Era where The Rock wouldn't have been able to speak, not a single word, for weeks.

Then, suddenly, the fans here 'FINALLY!' What a huge pop that would have received.

Of course, even without this action by Bubba, The Rock became one of the most recognisable stars in WWE history thanks to his amazing promo work on the mic, and The Dudley Boyz became one of the best tag teams in WWE history as well.
