The FIFA 20 Team of the Year appears to have been leaked online.

Every year, fans of the game eagerly await the upgraded XI and Liverpool fans will certainly be happy with the newest edition to the annual tradition - if the leak is correct.

Alison Becker, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Virgil van Dijk, Andrew Robertson and Sadio Mane all make the cut, according to the FIFA sub-Reddit.

Now, you may be asking, why should we trust this information?

Well, the leak comes from the same guys that revealed all the FUTMAS players, with all of them turning out to be spot on.

FIFA 20'S TEAM OF THE YEAR

GK - Alisson Becker, Liverpool (96)

Few goalkeepers in footballing history have had a better year than Alisson's 2019, what a player!

RB - Trent Alexander-Arnold, Liverpool (94)

The best right-back in the world, that's all.

CB - Virgil van Dijk, Liverpool (98)

A 98-rated Van Dijk, jesus. Pray for your strikers, FIFA fans.

CB - Matthijs de Ligt, Juventus (94)

Things haven't been easy at Juve, but De Ligt's 2019 has been stunning - a deserved inclusion.

LB - Andrew Robertson, Liverpool (94)

The best left-back in the world, that's all.

CDM - N'Golo Kante, Chelsea (96)

A staple in Team of the Year's now, but Gini Wijnaldum probably should have usurped the Frenchman this year.

CM - Frenkie de Jong, Barcelona (95)

Deservedly continuing the Dutch theme, a Barcelona legend in the making and already an Ajax one.

CAM - Kevin De Bruyne, Man City (97)

A slightly surprising choice giving his injury problems at the start of the year, but he has been the best playmaker around in 2019/20 by some distance.

RW - Lionel Messi, Barcelona (99)

Another 99-rated card. It was never in doubt, was it?

ST - Kylian Mbappe, Paris Saint-Germain (98)

No Robert Lewandowski seems harsh, but Mbappe was on fire in 2019 to be fair. However, we believe the Pole deserves the striker role in the team.

LW - Sadio Mane, Liverpool (97)

Finally, Mane gets in ahead of Ronaldo, just like he should have done in the Ballon d'Or!

It's certainly weird not seeing a single player from Real Madrid or Ronaldo.

But that's what happens when you endure a slightly average year, which both have by their own lofty standards.
