New England Patriots fans are certainly not used to losing after capturing six Super Bowls in the last two decades, so it comes as no surprise that there are some disgruntled Bostonians who took the loss to the Tennessee Titans last night rather badly.Tennessee was able to go to the Foxborough and against all odds pull off a shocking 20-13 victory behind the scintillating play of Derrick Henry, who rushed for 182 yards and dominated an extremely stout Bill Belichick-led Patriots defence.Even the GOAT Tom Brady was made to look distinctly average by a swarming Titans secondary that was immaculate in coverage for 60 minutes. The 42-year-old completed 20 of 37 passes for 209 yards, and his one interception went for a pick-six with 15 seconds left in regulation with his team down by one point. In fairness to Brady, the odds were against him after Titans punter Brett Kern pinned him on the one-yard line.Clearly a tough situation and six Super Bowl rings aren’t enough to save Brady in the eyes of one Patriots fan who felt it was necessary to burn Brady’s jersey and post the video on Twitter. While Brady remained coy with the media post-game, many fans believe that this Patriots loss will be the end of the Brady-Belichick era, and the end of New England’s dynasty as a whole.

If that’s the case, it was one hell of a run and the duo will go down in history as the greatest coach/quarterback tandem the NFL has ever seen.

Brady is set to be a free agent after this season, with speculation hinting that the Patriots signal-caller could be moving on in 2020. Whether that means he retires or plays for a new team remains to be seen, and New England fans will have to wait until the off-season to see if their heroic leader will return.
