Nottingham Forest midfielder Mark Byrne has rejoined Barnet on loan for the remainder of the season.
The 22-year-old enjoyed an impressive stint at Underhill earlier this campaign, scoring four goals in 15 League Two starts. However, his stay was prematurely ended by injury in November.
The Bees have also completed the signing of Crystal Palace defender Matty Parsons on a month's loan.
"We are delighted to welcome Mark back to Underhill," Barnet first-team coach Michael Stone told the club`s official website.
"He was in a rich vein of form before his injury and he was beginning to show everybody what a good player he is.
"We all hope he can continue where he left off."
Parsons, a 19-year-old left-back who has just penned a fresh two-and-a-half year deal with his parent club, is highly rated at Selhurst Park and has made two appearances for the Eagles so far this season.
He made his first-team debut in the 4-3 League Cup penalty shoot-out defeat at Portsmouth on August 24 and made his full League debut during the 0-0 draw with Norwich on January 29.
