Lana and Bobby Lashley's big wedding may have been ruined on the final episode of Monday Night Raw in 2019, but they were determined to tie the knot one way or the other.

Accompanied by the same priest as the week before, Lashley and Lana appeared before the crowd in Oklahoma City this week to become 'husband and wife', without all the lavish decorations from the week before.

It all went without a hitch, and after the knot was tied, Rusev appeared on the titantron to inform Lashley that he would take him out next week, with Liv Morgan hinting later on that she may be in the Bulgarian Brute's corner.

Just before the wedding segment though, and after AJ Styles had defeated Akira Tozawa, WWE cameras picked up a man rushing into the ring in the background, and another camera then panned to the ring.

It showed WWE's security team hauling the man to the canvas, and then the camera pointed towards the crowd and went to a commercial break.

The very next scene we saw was the wedding priest in the ring ready for the second wedding to begin, leaving fans confused as to whether or not the man tackled by security was a crazed fan.

Well the 'priest' - Rick Malone - has made comment on the whole situation on his Facebook account, saying that he was the man who was tackled by security.

"This is what happened tonight at WWE/RAW: I needed to get into the ring in order to consummate the “Bobby Lashley and Lana Wedding” (which was totally disrupted last Monday night in Hartford CT)," said Malone, per Pro Wrestling Sheet.

"But security prevented me, so I had no other choice but to dive into the ring headfirst. Security was not pleased! But the married couple was very happy!"

Apparently this wasn't a security team mishap though - WWE sources told PWS that the angle was planned, and that they wouldn't deal with a ring invader like that normally.

Whatever WWE planned - it worked. Fans watching live and at home were so confused as to what has transpired, but now it's all clear to see and it got people talking!
