Real Madrid produced a brilliant display to beat Valencia in the Supercopa de Espana semi-final on Wednesday evening.

Los Blancos won 3-1 thanks to goals from Toni Kroos, Isco and Luka Modric.

And it was the former who broke the deadlock with a quite ridiculous piece of skill.

The German midfielder was getting ready to take a corner in the 15th minute when he saw Jaume Doménech well off his line.

So Kroos decided to try the audacious by going for goal.

It's important to note how hard it is to score directly from a corner.

You have to have pin-point accuracy. The weight and direction of the shot must be perfect.

But Kroos managed to pull it off to score what was an extraordinary goal.

One football fan inside the ground had the perfect view as they sat directly in line with Kroos' corner and the goal.

Fortunately, the fan captured the moment and the footage is brilliant.

What. A. Finish. Kroos' goal looks even better with the fan footage, that's for sure.

The best part is that the 30-year-old doesn't even celebrate wildly after a goal like that.

Many would have been running around madly after that piece of brilliant.

But Kroos acted like a player who had been there and done that before. Fair play to him.

Zinedine Zidane was pleased with his side's performance but stressed that his side had won nothing yet.

"I'm happy, but tired," he said, per Marca. "Everyone has been at a good level. Isco needed the goal, the genius of Kroos or the goal of Modric. Everyone is fine. We have won nothing.

"It was a good game from the start and in the second part we were even better, being more vertical. And it is not easy against such a good team. But this is only a semifinal, we must rest now."

Real Madrid will now play either Barcelona or Atletico Madrid in the final on Sunday.
