Paris Saint-Germain continued their Ligue 1 dominance with a 6-1 annihilation of Saint-Etienne.
Mauro Icardi opened the scoring after two minutes with a right-footed shot from a tight angle and Neymar quickly doubled their lead by beating Jessy Moulin to the ball for a one-on-one finish.
PSG then made it 3-0 before half-time - but more on that later - and Icardi put them out of sight in the second-half when he converted into an open net from Kylian Mbappe's pass.
The Inter Milan loanee, who has been in remarkable goal-scoring form in France, then secured himself the matchball when Mbappe once again turned provider.
Mbappe finally wrote his own name on the scoresheet after 67 minutes, too, when Icardi returned the favour with a fine touch and cross which his teammate slid in to meet at the back-post.

PSG 6-1 Saint-Etienne
There was a late consolation goal for the away side, virtue of Yohan Cabaye, but they couldn't prevent the Parisians from maintaining a seven-point lead over Marseille with a game in-hand.
But amidst all the brilliant football played by PSG on Wednesday night, perhaps the best passage of play actually came from Saint-Etienne. Only, it was PSG who benefitted from it.
Confused? Well, the aforementioned third PSG goal on the night actually came from a Moulin own goal, but to attribute the strike to just one player would be doing it an injustice.
Saint-Etienne score 'tiki-taka own goal'
That's because football fans on social media think Saint-Etienne have invented the 'tiki-taka own goal' after putting through their own net thanks to FOUR deflections. Seriously.
After a superb flicked pass from Mbappe, Angel Di Maria fired a low cross into the area, which Loic Perrin deflected into his fellow defender Wesley Fofana.
That bout of pinball culminated with the ball hitting the post, deflecting it on to the unsuspecting Moulin who couldn't claw it back before it crossed the line.
If you're thinking that's insane from the description alone, then be sure to check out the footage down below:
Rumour has it Pep Guardiola has contacted the three players about a Manchester City contract.
One Twitter user reacted by posting: What the hell happened here. One of the most hilarious own goals you'll see."
While another penned: "Just seen the best/worst own goal of all time in this PSG game. Unbelievable."
One of the funniest own goals
But in all serious, Saint-Etienne couldn't have been more unlucky with the fall of the ball, it's something you'd expect from a FIFA 20 glitch as opposed to in a top European competition.
There was certainly nothing Moulin could have done as he watched the ball bounce between his two defenders and the post, even if the own goal will always be attributed to him.
At least Saint-Etienne can say they put four 'passes' together at the Parc des Princes, though, and not many teams can say that...News Now - Sport News
