NXT TakeOver: Blackpool II ended with Undisputed Era laying waste to WALTER and Imperium.

It was the perfect way to build hype ahead of WWE Worlds Collide, where those two stables will go face to face in a sanctioned match.

It won't be the first time Undisputed Era take on NXT UK talent - that happened at the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic tournament last week too.

Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly picked up the win against Mark Coffey and Wolfgang of Gallus, but only after interference from Adam Cole.

The match left plenty of fans wanting more and it seems Gallus are keen for a re-match too.

"[There could be a re-match] yeah. There was four of them and only two of us there. If we evened up the numbers... Joe could even up to two of them," Mark told GIVEMESPORT.

"It was an away leg for us. The full sail crowd were great - very lively. There was a real split atmosphere."

Mark's tag team partner also added that he would love a re-match. But this time, on home turf.

"It was them against us. Just having Joe there running interference on the outside would have been great. If that’s the away leg I would love to see the home," Wolfgang added.

Joe Coffey, who didn't make the trip to NXT, also sent a brilliant message to Undisputed Era while quoting David Brent from The Office.

If I’d had known they were at ringside, I would have been on a plane to Orlando, no questions asked. Four vs two? In the words of David Brent - 'Ohhh, you’re hard!'

"How can you compete with that? Tag team wrestling is two vs two. If you boys want to throw hands, we’re more than happy to."

Imperium are next to take on Undisputed Era, but now Gallus have had a taste of NXT, don't rule out seeing them stateside again very soon.

"[Last week] was the first time Gallus have been on NXT as a team. It was class. The full sail crowd was really lively, a lot of fun," Mark said.

"We're disappointed not to come away with the win but it was a great experience to be in there with one of the top teams. Put it down as a learning experience.

"To see the boys compete there, clashing with the champions, it’s the foundation for Worlds Collide and it’s a very exciting moment to be a wrestling fan," Joe added.

With so many cross-brand matches set for the coming weeks, it certainly is an exciting time for WWE fans.

Adding the idea of Gallus getting another crack at Undisputed Era to that? Bring it on.
