Cristiano Ronaldo has been a revelation for Juventus.

The Portuguese forward joined in 2018 still near the peak of his powers.

And he's continued his remarkable form in front of goal with the Old Lady.

In his first season in Italy, Ronaldo managed 28 goals in 43 games.

And, despite some injury problems, he's carried on his form in front of goal this season.

In 23 games, Ronaldo has hit the back of the net 16 times.

His latest goal came on the weekend in Juve's 2-1 victory away at Roma.

The 34-year-old converted from the penalty spot after Paulo Dybala had been felled in the box.

And, with that goal, Ronaldo broke a quite remarkable record.

Per Italian journalist Adriano Del Monte, Ronaldo has now scored against every active Serie A side he has faced.

That's 18 sides: Inter Milan, Lazio, Atalanta, Roma, Cagliari, Parma, Torino, Verona, AC Milan, Napoli, Udinese, Bologna, Fiorentina, Sassuolo, Sampdoria, Genoa and Spal.

The only sides he hasn't scored against are Brescia and Lecce, but we can forgive him considering he hasn't played against those teams yet.

Barring injury or suspension, he will have the opportunity to make it a clean sweep when Juventus play Brescia and Lecce on February 16 and March 15 respectively.

Extraordinary. It's important to remember that Ronaldo has only been in Italy for a year-and-a-half.

Ronaldo also managed to score against every Spanish side he played in La Liga, so Ronaldo is used to achieving this sort of record.

But the fact he's on the verge of doing the same after just 18 months in Italy making this particular record so much more impressive.
