Retired WWE superstar Paige has teased a return to in-ring competition.

Over the weekend, Triple H revealed he would like to see both her and CM Punk wrestle again.

It seems that feeling is mutual, with Paige revealing she's 'hopeful' of a return.

"Hopefully. Never say never - maybe a miracle happens. I hope one day I get to come back," she told GIVEMESPORT.

The Norfolk born star also teased us with the idea that she'd be entering this year's Royal Rumble - and wants to win BOTH the men's and women's match.

I'm entering myself into the men's and women's rumble. I'm going in at number two, as well. I'm going to eliminate Brock Lesnar. Suplex City bitch!

"Me vs The Fiend. That's the main event [at WrestleMania]!"

Of course, these Royal Rumble comments are very light-hearted - but it's interesting to see that both Paige and WWE are keeping the door open.

The former WWE Diva's Champion also reserved some special praise for Bray Wyatt and his new gimmick.

"The Fiend is my top star in WWE right now. I think he's incredible, wonderful. I've known Bray [Wyatt] since day one," Paige continued.

"His character always evolves and changes. It's so intricate and interesting that he can evolve into anything.

"It's interesting because every time he wrestles someone they turn into the old-school them. So Daniel Bryan and The Miz turning heel, those are good examples.

"It's weird and interesting and I like it."
