They just can't stay away, can they?

Triple H and Shawn Michaels prefer to do business away from the ring nowadays, but they just can't resist the urge of getting the band back together.

The duo reformed D-Generation X as just a pairing in 2018, as HBK came out of retirement to team up with his best friend to take on The Undertaker and Kane at Crown Jewel.

It could've led to more matches for Michaels, but as of right now it hasn't led to anything, as he seemingly just opted in for the big Saudi payday.

A couple of months later, the whole DX stable were inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame - including AEW employee Billy Gunn - but you'd have thought it'd be a while before you saw them all together again.

But fear not DX fans, as you'll have the opportunity to see the foursome of The Game, HBK, X-Pac and Road Dogg in the middle of a WWE ring together once again in just a couple of months time.

You'll have to travel to New York City to see them though, as on March 22 at a WWE live event, D-Generation will reunite inside the Mecca of wrestling - Madison Square Garden.

It may just be a ploy to push ticket sales, and it'll be the third show that WWE have brought to MSG in six months so the people of NYC might not want to shell out so much money in that amount of time.

But the possibility of the likes of Shawn Michaels and Triple H wrestling or getting physical is bound to get fans intrigued, but there's also a chance that WWE could pull a bait-and-switch and just have them cut a promo.

That would be disappointing for people in attendance, but surely they're going to do something a bit more entertaining on the Road to WrestleMania.

Who knows, but we'd love to see the four of them take on Seth Rollins' new faction - for now though we can dream!
