A compilation of Angel Di Maria’s recent corner kicks suggests the Paris Saint-Germain star has forgotten how to take them.
Whether it’s failing to beat the first man, delivering the ball directly to the opposing goalkeeper or simply blasting the ball over everyone in the area, it seems that Di Maria can no longer perform one of the most basic techniques in football.
The 31-year-old has enjoyed a revival in Paris, where he has won three French titles and been named in the Ligue 1 Team of the Year twice.
It’s helped Di Maria forget all about that dismal spell at Manchester United.

But one thing that the former Real Madrid man apparently still can’t do is take corners.

Di Maria has played at the highest level for many years and yet he still can’t beat the first man at a corner. Baffling.

Man United fans still haven’t forgotten about Di Maria’s miserable spell at Old Trafford back in 2014/15.
Louis van Gaal signed the winger from Real Madrid for a British record fee of £59.7 million, but he struggled badly in England and was sold to PSG less than a year later.
Last year Di Maria blamed his difficulties at the club on Van Gaal.
“I only stayed for one year. It was not the best time of my career, or rather I was not allowed to spend my best time there," he told France Bleu, per Goal.
"There were complications with the coach at the time.
"But thank God, I was able to come to PSG and demonstrate again who I was."News Now - Sport News
