The Undertaker was recently spotted at WWE's Performance Center in Orlando, sparking rumours of a possible in-ring return at the end of the month.

With the Royal Rumble taking place next weekend on January 26, it wouldn't be shocking to hear if some legends of WWE were running the ropes in order to get themselves ready for a surprise return on the show.

According to recent reports, The Undertaker was spotted at WWE's Performance Center in Orlando on Thursday, but it has nothing to do with the Royal Rumble.

PWInsider has reported that while The Deadman's appearance at the Performance Center is very interesting with the Royal Rumble around the corner, he was there for a different reason.

The Undertaker was at the Performance Center in order to review this week's NXT TV episode with the roster, giving advice and feedback to them on their performances.

It's good to see Undertaker helping out the next generation of WWE superstars, but it looks like his Royal Rumble status is still up in the air.

The Phenom last took part in a Royal Rumble match back in 2017, where he was one of the last few remaining in the contest before he was eliminated by Roman Reigns.

His last WWE match in WWE was back at Extreme Rules in July last, where he teamed with Roman Reigns to face and defeat Drew McIntyre and Shane McMahon.

His last appearance in the WWE was back in September on an episode of SmackDown where he chokeslammed Sami Zayn. However, fans may not have to wait much longer to see him again.

While an appearance at the Royal Rumble is not confirmed, Sportskeeda's Tom Colohue has reported The Undertaker is set to return to the ring at WWE's next Saudi Arabia show in February.

Colohue added as well that if The Deadman wrestles at February's Saudi Arabia show, it will likely mean he won't wrestle at WrestleMania 36 in April.

We'll just have to wait and see if The Undertaker makes an appearance at the Royal Rumble, but it's great to see him giving advice to NXT superstars to help them improve.
