The WWE Universe must have thought they were living in a time capsule when Sheamus returned to their screens in late 2019.
After being out for most of the year through injuries, the Celtic Warrior was re-introduced through a vignette, which showed him sporting his old haircut and goatee.
In 2015, another Sheamus return saw him with come armed a spiky mohawk, which brought chants such as 'you look stupid'.
He wore that proudly until his injury last year, but speaking to Alex McCarthy of talkSPORT, Sheamus said that the mohawk had gone as far as it could, and that it was 'done'.
Fans have praised the Irishman's decision to bring back the old hairstyle, although they did want the O.G. theme song back as well, but in Sheamus' own words - 'some things you can have and some things you can't'.

His return look may have been a lot different though if the WWE creative team had their way.
In-fact, one of their designs for a new look made him look identical to a current WWE superstar.
"I got these notebooks of ideas from creative with like, a small moustache, and suspenders and my hair go over to the side," said the Celtic Warrior.
It looked almost exactly like Jack Gallagher from 205 Live and I said ‘you know, we have a person who looks just like this here, right?’
"Man, if I did any of it any of those pictures, I’d just be done! I would have been toast. The amount of slaggings [abuse] I would have gotten - and that would have just been off my granny! It was just terrible."
Is it bad that we kind of want to see Sheamus rock that look now?
Aside from the suspenders, 'Gentleman Jack' rocks both the moustache and the hair, so what on earth were the creative team thinking pitching him that?
It's probably safe to say that it's a good job Sheamus returned sporting the original look rather than a new one - the 'you look stupid' chants would have started all over again...
