Adama Traore's highlights vs Liverpool show why Jurgen Klopp thinks he's 'unplayable'

Wolverhampton Wanderers v Liverpool FC - Premier League

Wolves gave Liverpool one of their bigger tests this season but ultimately became the latest victims of this ruthless red machine.

When Jordan Henderson headed in from a Trent Alexander-Arnold corner after just eight minutes, the league-leaders looked on course for another routine win.

That narrative was turned upside down six minutes after half time when Raul Jimenez scored a header of his own.

Adama Traore was played in out wide and despite Virgil van Dijk racing over to cover, there was only one winner in that footrace and the winger quickly pinged the ball onto Jimenez's head.

That wasn't the only time he got the better of Liverpool either, Andy Robertson having one of his more torrid evenings as he tried to stop the unstoppable 23-year-old.

In fact, that's also how Jurgen Klopp described him after the game.

"[Traore] is unplayable in moments, it’s unbelievable,” Klopp said, per Goal.

“What a player – it’s not only him but he’s so good."

The former Barcelona man's highlights have now emerged and they show just what a tough time Traore gave Liverpool's defence.

Only Alexander-Arnold and Kevin de Bruyne now have more assists than Traore after he set up Jiminez's goal.

And how's this for a stat? Robertson was booked for hauling down the midfielder, becoming the TWENTY-EIGHTH player this season to see yellow for failing to stop his lightning pace.

If only it had resulted in Wolves getting something from the game - but they can't feel too hard-done-by at losing to what is looking more and more like the Premier League's best ever side with every passing week.

Liverpool's lead at the top now stands at 16 points with a game in hand and they remain on course to wrap up the title in record time.

The top flight has been far from at its strongest this season but teams aren't just rolling over for the champions-elect.

Wolves were a perfect example of that thanks to another eye-catching performance from Traore.
