Inter Milan are preparing a bid for Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez this summer, according to Corriere dello Sport.
The City captain has constantly been linked with a move away from Eastlands since submitting an official transfer request in December last year.
Despite committing to Roberto Mancini's side and withdrawing his request, Tevez is still attracting attention, with Chelsea and Real Madrid also thought to be potential suitors.
The Italian giants are keen to replace the ageing Diego Milito, who's two goal salvo helped Inter to win their third European Cup against Bayern Munich in May last year, and Tevez is seen as the perfect substitute for his international teammate.
Tevez joined City in 2009 from Manchester United and after an immediate impact, was handed the captaincy at the beginning of the season.
However, since his transfer request there has been a greater competition for places at City and the 27-year-old is no longer guaranteed a starting spot with former Inter forward Mario Balotelli and Edin Dzeko, who signed from Wolfsburg during the January transfer window, also competing for places.
