Rey Mysterio has said he would have a Mask vs Hair match with Andrade at WrestleMania 36 in April.

Mysterio and Andrade have been feuding in WWE over the past couple of weeks on Monday Night Raw, and it's been one of the better storylines on the show in recent months.

However, it looks like their feud is coming to an end, at least for now after what happened this week.

El Idolo successfully defended the United States Championship against The Master of the 619 on Raw on Monday night in a ladder match.

After the match, Andrade went to attack Mysterio further, but he was saved by a returning Humberto Carrillo instead. Andrade will now defend the United States title against Carrillo at the Royal Rumble this Sunday.

Speaking to TVInsider ahead of this past week's Raw, Mysterio said he would love to have a Mask vs Hair match with Andrade later this year at WrestleMania.

He said: “I think the goal right now — after tonight’s outcome in the Andrade ladder match — I think something along the ways that if he wants to keep feuding and going a step further, I’m willing to put my mask on the line versus his hair for a WrestleMania moment.

"Whatever the case might be, whoever ends up winning, I think it would be a huge stepping stone for either of us. As far as moments, I really would love to relive a Royal Rumble moment, being that I hold the record right now for having the longest time in a Rumble match.

"These moments stick in my mind and heart. You always want to become better than you were yesterday.”

A Mask vs Hair match between Mysterio and Andrade at WrestleMania would be a great way to end the feud between the two, and it's something which WWE has been teasing in recent weeks.

A few times after their matches throughout the feud, El Idolo has been ripped The Master of the 619's mask off, leaving him without it in the middle of the ring.

If a Mask vs Hair match does take place at WrestleMania, it would be the first Mask vs Hair match to take place in WWE in several years.

The last Mask vs Hair match WWE fans saw was back at Extreme Rules in 2010 between Mysterio and CM Punk. Mysterio defeated Punk that night and therefore got to shave Punk's head clean.

Now, The Master of the 619 wants to bring the stipulation back for WrestleMania 36.
