Shrewsbury Town stunned Liverpool in the FA Cup on Sunday evening. The League One side came back from two goals down to draw 2-2 and earn a replay at Anfield. It was undoubtedly the biggest afternoon of many Shrewsbury players lives and striker Jason Cummings made sure it was one to remember. He came off the bench in the second half and scored twice. His first came from the penalty spot and his second through a composed finish that beat Adrian at his near post.Understandably the striker, who has previously played for Nottingham Forest, Rangers and Hibernian, was absolutely buzzing at full-time.

Cummings was tracked down by the BBC in the tunnel and he gave a fantastic post-match interview.

Check it out below:

There are some absolutely cracking lines in there - voting for Ian Wright every night while he was on 'I'm a Celebrity' and claiming the chairman will be happy 'making a few quid' from the replay.

As well as speaking to the BBC, Cummings also spoke in more detail about the discussions he had with teammate Josh Laurent over who was going to take the penalty.

"I was excited, it's not often you get to take a penalty against Liverpool. I was buzzing," he said, per the Star.

"There was a bit of [dispute] aye. Obviously Josh made it and he was keen on taking it.

"I was adamant I was going to. I kind of took it off him. I'm glad I did because it worked out in the end.

"I'm the striker, I always prefer the strikers taking it rather than a full-back or whatever. But probably because I'm a striker.

"I'm absolutely buzzing. I'm delighted for the boys. We've worked hard and I'm delighted for the club as well.

"We've got a well-deserved replay at Anfield and we're going to look forward to that."

It certainly is a deserved replay. Despite going 2-0 down to Liverpool, Shrewsbury fought back and actually looked the stronger team in the last 20 minutes of the match.

The likes of Manchester City, Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham and Manchester United have all lost to Jurgen Klopp's side this season.

But not Shrewsbury - and they'll get another shot at the world champions in a couple of weeks.
