Drew McIntyre will finally receive a world title shot at WrestleMania after winning the Royal Rumble match, and a pub in Glasgow had the best reaction to the victory.

McIntyre defeated 29 other superstars in the Royal Rumble last night at Minute Maid Park in Houston and will now go on to challenge for either the WWE or Universal Championship at WrestleMania 36.

The Scottish Psychopath's Rumble win was celebrated by many WWE fans, including one group of fans at a pub in Glasgow, who arguably had the best reaction to the victory.

In the video, which you can see for yourself further down, fans can be celebrating and jumping up and down after McIntyre eliminated Roman Reigns over the top rope last to win the Royal Rumble match.

The fans couldn't contain their excitement, as now McIntyre is finally living up to the hype he was given years ago as The Chosen One.

11 years ago, Vince McMahon dubbed McIntyre as The Chosen One and a future world champion, but he's yet to have a world title. Now with a Royal Rumble win under his belt, that's all about to change.

Although a match between McIntyre and Universal Champion 'The Fiend' Bray Wyatt would be awesome, The Scottish Psychopath will likely challenge Brock Lesnar for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 36.

WWE started to sow the seeds for this bout in the Royal Rumble itself, as it was McIntyre who eliminated Lesnar from the match with a Claymore Kick.

The 2020 Royal Rumble winner eliminated six superstars from the match in total. These superstars were Lesnar, Ricochet, The Miz, King Corbin, Seth Rollins, and Reigns.

McIntyre is 11 years removed from being dubbed The Chosen One and a future world champion, five and a half years from initially being released from WWE, and it's been two and a half years since he returned.

Now, The Scottish Psychopath is finally going to receive a WWE world title match.
