Manchester United will target both Dortmund's Jadon Sancho, as well as Leicester's James Maddison in the Summer transfer window.

Much has been made of United's struggles in the transfer market over the previous few seasons, after a series of rumoured big-name deals either repeatedly fell at the final hurdle, or in some cases simply failed to materialise.

Sporting Lisbon star and long-term target Bruno Fernandes' arrival this week has however sparked renewed hope for many fans of the club, and now it appears it could just be the beginning.

Reports in the Evening Standard claim that The Red Devils are targeting another three big-money moves in the summer, with Dortmund winger Sancho and Leicester midfielder Maddison said to be topping their wish list.

As well as a right sided winger and versatile creative midfielder, United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is still said to be keen on bringing in another No.10 for his squad.

Juventus' Paulo Dybala was a former target for the club before the season began, as too was Ajax's Donny van de Beek.

Regardless of who the club opt to move for, the three targets are sure to come at a hefty premium - with Sancho alone said to be worth in excess of £100 million.

Despite remaining one of world football's financial powerhouses, financial fair play limitations could mean the club would have bring in at least a portion of their outlay.

Paul Pogba remains the obvious candidate, with rumours of a £150 million move to Real Madrid refusing to go away.

Solskjaer, however, has been quick to dampen any talks of the club'd record signing making way for either new-arrival Fernandes, or any future key signings.

“Bruno can play with good players. He is such a good footballer. He can play with good players around him, he can play in a three man midfield, he can play as a 10 he can play in off the side, he can play in a diamond. We will give him his time to find his best position.

“We want to try to build towards a team that will challenge for the title and trophies so we want to keep our best players. We can play them together.”
