Tottenham vs Manchester City was absolutely mental.The ending of the first half was some of the craziest few minutes we’ve ever seen in the Premier League.It started when Sergio Aguero was brought down by Serge Aurier.Mike Dean waved play on. But with the ball staying in play for the next two minutes, Dean soon whistled and signalled for a penalty.Ilkay Gundogan proceeded to see his penalty saved by Hugo Lloris, while Raheem Sterling - who was already on a yellow card - dived over the Spurs’ goalkeeper’s outstretched arm from the rebound.

No penalty and no second yellow card for diving as the two sets of players clashed.

And within minutes of the second half, we witnessed more carnage.

Japhet Tanganga clashed with Lloris as they attempted to stop Sterling, Kevin de Bruyne played it to Aguero who saw his shot blocked on the line by Toby Alderweireld.

It fell to Sterling who had Aguero, Riyad Mahrez and Gundogan in support with Lloris out of his goal.

But Sterling’s pass to Gundogan was a shocking one, resulting in the German blazing over from six yards.

Mental.

And it cost City dearly.

Minutes later, they were down to 10 men as Oleksandr Zinchenko was sent off for picking up two yellow cards.

Shortly afterwards, they found themselves 1-0 down thanks to a brilliant debut goal from Steven Bergwijn.

Then, Son Heung-min doubled Spurs' lead with a deflected effort from outside of the box.
