It seems like the norm nowadays for the winners of the Royal Rumble matches to choose who they're facing at WrestleMania almost immediately after they've won their respective bout.Shinsuke Nakamura chose AJ Styles just minutes after eliminating Roman Reigns in 2018, Becky Lynch selected Ronda Rousey as her opponent on the Raw after the Rumble in 2019, and similarly this year Drew McIntyre challenged Brock Lesnar just 24 hours later.Charlotte Flair though is clearly making the most of her time to decide which champion she wants to take on in Tampa. After leaving Raw last week without an answer for the WWE Universe, the rumour going around online was that she would actually show up on NXT last Wednesday to challenge their champion - Rhea Ripley. But the two hours at Full Sail passed without an appearance from The Queen, almost consigning the dream Ripley v Flair match to the scrapheap.

The Gods however must have been listening though, as to the surprise of many on Monday Night Raw last night, Ripley made an appearance as Flair discussed which title she was going to fight for.

As the Aussie quite rightly pointed out, Flair has already beaten the main roster champions - Becky Lynch and Bayley - multiple times.

But when it comes to facing Ripley, Flair has not been successful, in-fact Ripley pinned Flair in a Triple Threat match on SmackDown not long before Survivor Series in November.

It's unusual for the champion to challenge the Rumble winner, but that's exactly what Ripley did as she held her title up in the face of Charlotte.

Once again though, Flair departed without responding, but fear not WWE Universe - Charlotte will be on NXT this Wednesday to give her response.

With Ripley and Bianca Belair advertised to have their pre-TakeOver showdown this week as well, it's possible that all three women will share the same segment.

If there's one thing that we can guarantee, it's that the Full Sail crowd will be on top form for it and will probably position Flair as the heel out of all three women.

We can't WAIT for Wednesday!
