Whether they survive or get relegated this season, it seems Aston Villa will have a very tough task keeping hold of Jack Grealish in the summer.

The 24-year-old has been brilliant this campaign as he attempts to help his boyhood club stay in the Premier League.

And he’s caught the attention of…well, pretty much everyone.

Last week, Pep Guardiola called Grealish one of the best players in the Premier League while a report linked La Liga giants Barcelona and Real Madrid with a move for him.

But it seems Grealish has now decided his future.

According to The Sun, he sees Manchester United as his No.1 destination with a £60 million move on the cards.

Meanwhile, Goal are claiming that Grealish has even agreed terms on a deal.

They report: “Jack Grealish is ready to join Manchester United - with the outline of a deal already approved by the Aston Villa star."

The two clubs are yet to have formal talks, though.

Goal go on to say that he’s even started house-hunting ahead of his potential move to United with his contract likely to be worth more than the £100,000-per-week he’s currently on.

The Red Devils are resigned to losing Paul Pogba in the summer and are already looking to replace him.

Grealish has jumped ahead of James Maddison in United’s list of summer targets and is likely to be easier to sign than the Leicester star.

Grealish would join Bruno Fernandes in a new-look midfield for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side as they look to address years of underachievement.

GIVEMESPORT’s Rob Hoskin says: Signing Grealish for £60 million would be a sensational piece of business for United - and that’s not been said too often in recent years.

If reports are to be believed and Grealish really does want a move to United, there doesn’t appear to be any obstacles to stop this deal from happening. Apart from Ed Woodward that is…

United might secretly be hoping Villa get relegated this summer so they can snap Grealish up for even cheaper.

But there's no doubt Grealish would bring some much-needed quality to this United side.
