Chelsea have agreed a €45 million deal to sign Hakim Ziyech from Ajax this summer.
The news was broke by Dutch outlet Telegraaf, and tweeted out by journalist Mike Verweij.
His tweet can be translated to: “BREAKING: #Ajax and #Chelsea (verbal) agreement on transfer fee #Ziyech reportedly of € 45million. Summer transfer in preparation.”

The Moroccan shot to fame last season during Ajax’s incredible run to the Champions League semi-final.
He bagged 16 Eredivisie goals in 29 appearances before they agonisingly crashed out to Spurs in the dramatic circumstances.
Many people thought the winger would leave the Johan Cruijff ArenA in the summer - or even in January - but a move never materialised.
But it now seems it’ll be at the end of the season that the 25-year-old eventually leaves.
The signing certainly seems to make sense for all parties.
The Blues need added quality in attack.
Willian’s contract expires at the end of the season, while Pedro turns 33 in the summer.
Callum Hudson-Odoi has struggled for form and is still young, while Christian Pulisic has been inconsistent during his debut campaign in England.
