Jadon Sancho is going to leave Borussia Dortmund this summer. The breaking news comes from Sky Germany, who report that Manchester United are keen on taking the England international to Old Trafford.Sancho, 19, has enjoyed a remarkable rise in Germany and is now considered to be one of the brightest young talents in Europe. He has long been linked with a move to the Premier League and it seems that his return to England is only a matter of months away.

Sancho has 12 goals and 13 assists in 19 Bundesliga appearances this season.

The winger is bound to attract a transfer fee of more than £100 million - Transfermarkt value him at £108m - but for a prestigious talent who has shone in one of the biggest leagues, it seems to be a price worth paying.

There would be no harm in Sancho staying in Germany for another season to continue his development, given his age, but he does seem ready for the Premier League.

He was named in the Bundesliga Team of the Season for the 2018/19 campaign after scoring 12 goals and assisting 14 - and he's taken his game to another leave this season.

There have been some issues at Signal Iduna Park recently, though.

Sancho was suspended by Dortmund in October after returning late to the club from international duty.

"He is only suspended today," Dortmund's sporting director Michael Zorc said at the time, per ESPN.

"Jadon is a good lad, but he's very young and shot to the top. He might test his limits and that's why we decided to not call him up today."

The Manchester City academy product was also demoted to Dortmund's reserves during the 2017/18 season after showing up late to training on more than one occasion.

Man United seem ready to overlook any potential character concerns, though, and it's not hard to see why.

He's a supreme talent who is destined for the top.
